Shishir brings 20+ years of experience in operational excellence, digital transformation and held the Results Management Office for his clients, that has led to incremental Customer Loyalty, top and bottom line impact, better asset turns and increased shareholder value. He heads Shared Services Africa’s business growth, operations and transformation office managing over 200 staff and known for his client value propositions. 

Shishir is a certified PMP and Change practitioner from Prosci Institute and holds an MBA from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad – India. His key area of expertise has been in building and reforming OTC, R2R, S2P and H2R value chains using digital interfaces and integrated Robotics solution.

Nikunj is a Business Process Management (BPM) expert with 20+ years of experience across entire BPM value chain. Nikunj holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Symbiosis one of top B-School. Six Sigma Green Belt designate with rich experience in setting up of Shared Services Center for 20+ clients across the global from Retail and CPG, Financial Service, Insurance, Telecom, Travel and Airline industries.

Brings forth deep F&A, Procurement and HR domain expertise. He has conceptualised, led and implemented the complex process and technology solutions for multiple clients with operations in South Africa, 15 EU countries, US, UK and Australia. Vast experience of leading and managing global consulting, transformation and solution teams supporting UK, Europe, US , APAC.

Iqbal has over 25+ years of experience in Shared Services, Financial Services & Internal Audit. He currently leads Shared Services operations for key corporates in the ICT, logistics and property sectors, offering service lines that span across Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire, Source-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.

Iqbal is responsible for leading process and business transformation through operating model redesign, digitisation & RPA-led process automation and data-driven analytics providing actionable business insights. He previously headed up Shared Services for a large South African Telco, after stablishing a multi-functional Shared Services Centre for the company in 2011.

Iqbal holds a Masters degree in Business Leadership (MBL), an Honors degree in Economics, is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA – IIA) with a Certification in Control Self Assessment (CCSA – IIA), and an Accredited Revenue Assurance Practitioner (TMF).
